  • Can I pick up my order at any point?
    Due to the current covid-19 situation, you will not be able to pick up your order in our workshop. If you have any questions, call us at +34 910 37 97 23 on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00.   • What happens if my dishes arrive in bad condition?
    It happens very rarely, but if so, contact us so we can find the best solution. Call us at +34 910 37 97 23 on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00.   • When will I recive my order? What delivery options do I have?
    Delivery options will depend on your zip code, but you can receive all your dishes in a single delivery on: Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Depending on your zip code, you will have the option of receiving your order in the mornings (from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), in the afternoons (from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), or choose between both slots (morning or afternoon). . Before receiving your dishes you will receive an email specifying the arrival time of your order. You will not wait more than 1h30!* You can also personalize the delivery of your order by choosing a time slot. *It will depend on your zip code
  • Can I change my delivery details (address, day or time slot)?"
    You can make changes from your account in the details of the order you want to modify. You will have the option to make changes to your address and/or the time you want to receive your order.
  • What do I do if I have not been home to receive my order?
    Don't worry, contact us and we will manage the delivery again as soon as possible.
